We cannot refund shipping costs due to incorrect addresses provided on your part or items shipped to P.O. Boxes where signature for receipt of an item is not obtainable.

Items must have a Return Authorization Number (obtain that by contacting us)
Items must be in resale condition and in original packaging
All parts must be included in the original packaging
Discounts, restocking fees, and shipping fees may be discounted from your refund
International orders are non-refundable
Items that reached you in a damaged condition will receive a full refund

Please keep in mind that some items may differ slightly in appearance from their catalog descriptions. We reserve the right to make adjustments due to price changes, product discontinuation errors, market conditions, or typographical errors.
Your Return Authorization (RA) Number must be attached to the outside of your package – ideally, written on the label. Returns without a RA number cannot be accepted by our processing facility.
There are several steps to receiving your refund. It generally takes 5-10 days from the time you ship your item(s) to the time we receive them. Then, it usually takes from 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Finally, your bank will process our refund request, which can take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.
In general, customers receive their refund within a 30 days dropping the item(s) off at a shipment facility.
